“The interest of the national market to our products is conditioned by its natural origin, high gastronomic and eating quality. Here, much attention is paid to fishery products, aquaculture development as a means of achieving food security. In this context, wild-caught crab is absolute exotica. Far Eastern crab represents interest for HoReCa segment as in the last couple of years there has been a real boom in the restaurant business and delicatessen market in the country,” said Yulia Yurova, Deputy Director General for Commercial Affairs of Russian Crab Group of Companies.

Russian Crab brand products were presented at SIMEC for the first time. As a result of acquaintance with the Company, importers from Saudi Arabia ordered the first lots of cooked-frozen products. Participation in the next exhibition is expected to expand and strengthen commercial ties.
