Horsehair crab
Tender meat reminds very thin threads.
Horsehair crab’s liver considered as an outstanding delicacy in Japan.
The color of the carapace is from pale pink to light brown. The surface of the carapace is covered with tubercles with hard hairs. All legs are also covered with hairs. Average weight of catching males is 0.6-1 kg.
